Royce was trapped as part of a TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) operation. His trappers thought he looked very sick and were discussing if it would be kindest to euthanize him. We offered to take him in and see if he could be helped.  Thankfully, his conditions were treatable and he has recovered and gained weight. He is still afraid of people, but we’re glad we were able to save him. He became the first resident of Evan’s Cottage.
