Sweet little Raven was barely more than a kitten herself when she found herself pregnant and abandoned outside — scared, alone, and about to become a mother. Thankfully, a caring neighbor stepped in, trapping her gently and welcoming her into her late mother’s home so Raven could safely have her kittens.
Her babies eventually found loving homes of their own, but Raven — a beautiful black cat who deals with asthma — wasn’t so lucky. When the house went up for sale, she suddenly had nowhere to turn. Luckily, that’s where we came in, and we were able to bring her home to Mollie’s.
Raven is still finding her footing in this new chapter of her life. Right now, she spends most of her time curled up on a favorite ledge above a window, watching the world go by from a safe distance. She’s a shy soul, but we have no doubt that with a little patience and lots of gentle love, she’ll soon feel right at home — with the other cats, and with the people who care for her.
