Otis had been at the shelter for a long time, and we have no idea why. He is precious and loves people. Otis was found as a stray. He had a microchip, but his owners had moved and didn’t want him. This sort of situation is heartbreaking to us. We rescued him, and we will do all we can to provide the best life possible for him so he never has to feel unwanted again.
