When Darwin’s owner passed away unexpectedly her friend reached out to us to see if we could take him. Darwin appears to be a very senior cat, (estimates for his age range between 13 or 14 to 20 years old). He has arthritis in his hips, which we are treating, but other than that he is generally healthy. Darwin loves to eat, and he is the first to show up in the kitchen when it’s getting near dinner time. He likes to take walks around the house a few times a day, and if it’s nice outside he is content to lie on the patio in the shade.
